Do you think i should ask these questions for each and every case ( As a standard ROS )

do u have headache ?
do u have problems with vision/hearing?
do you feel your heart racing?
do you feel u are short of breath ?
do you have any chest pain ?
and abdominal pain?
any problems in ur joints ?
any changes in defecation habits ?
any changes in urination habits?
any problems with sexual function
do u feel weak and tired?
did u have changes of appetite?
did u have changes of weight?
did u have changes of sleep pattern?
do you have fever -- yes -- do u have chills
do you have unusal sweat --- yes --- cold or warm sweat ?
do you feel sad ?

hi..i dont think u should ask everything in every patient but ofcourse follow LIQOR AAA and PAMHUGS FOSS.the negative symptoms to rule out will be based on the patient's complaints.
like for eg i dont think in a patient with abdominal pain u need to ask about headache but u surely need to ask about vomiting or diarrhoea or fever.

actually a friend of mine told me that These questions are the Standard ROS ... he said that they expect to make a quick scan for the patient even if he didnt present with problems related to these questions systems...

You will not have time to ask all these Qs... Just ask about any other simptoms/discomforts Pt might have at the time of the visit but which are nor relevant to main complaint
