jonathan, i just want to reciprocate what others have said... Pray and believe that the Higher powers will help you through this and then start studying for step2ck. By the way, have u done any NBMEs before the exam to see where you stand? Just curious. From what many have said in this forum and other places, those forms are pretty close at predicting how well you will do on the real exam. I study and recognize patterns and this is one pattern i repeatedly keep seeing.
I understand there are only 3 NBME forms for Step 2 versus 4 for this exam. So use those wisely as you progress into your next territory.
Maybe u can also do some surgery related research to increase your chances. Well, this is how i would go about pursuing my dream if i got a 186 on step1.

And one last thing... congrats on being done with Step1. I have friends that didn't pass on the first try and would gladly take that 186 and be very thankful!!

hello guys I will do my best for step 2, my problem it was my second attempt LilInjnDatCould, and I did not do tha nbe forms I knew about them one day after I made the exam
 I did not feel I got to many wrongs I counted 50, I am getting these days to rest in september I will study for the step 2. Because I have to know study for the mexican exams. Thank you all guys, I will do the nbme forms for the step 2. and I am not making the exam till I rich a 250 at least
