For those of you who have taken it this month:
-How were the Audio/Video questions?
-How many were there total? Was there some in every block?
-Please tell as much as you can. You don't have to say your exact question, but for example if you got an audio of a child with PDA murmur, then just tell us to know the congenital heart murmurs and what they sound like...
Or if you got a video of Resting tremor, tell us to know our Neuro signs well or something like that...
Thanks... ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated so we can know what kind of stuff to expect.

hey guys i dont think they would expect us to diagnose diseases on the basis of murmurs. that is a very difficult skill! cardiologists train 3 years just to learn that skill!

We just took it today. Altogether 14.
I think 8 people is doing step II .
Test stopped automatically on the half way.
We kept waiting for 4 hrs. Finally, we need to reapply shedule permit.Crazy.
This happened in London centre taday.
Half way experience.
No Video and audio uptill block 3.
Test is not easy.
I studied WU and Kaplan.
Definitely new Q. Not from everything. U have to answer with own knowledge.
Lot of medical check up, health maintaince Q.
One OBGY Q. I can't even understand.
Child with neck swelling? torticollis.What ur treatment option? etc
Psychiatry Q= the whole page is Q.24 line.
Q are too long.
Longer than UW.
But, u can get the answer form the last line.
We all hoping for getting another date soon.
Happy to answer any Q.
But, I am sure we all agree the test is not similar to anything.
Try to learn as much as u can.
I am studying again tomorrow.

Hanwin, what did they tell you about problem? My test is this friday, 10th, I don't want to face this sort of thing in anyway , do you know if it was just your day or not? and do you have to theremainder half? or from the beginning again?
Oh my god what are they doing? this is not fair.

Don't be alarmed Khorshid, its very unlikely to happen again as its rare, I only heared about it once before last year, & it even wasn't their mistake as the lost power in the center. It happened in California.
hanwin, i'm very sorry for what u had to face , sometimes life is not fare  but i'm sure u'll get ur reward at the end ISA, good luck & don't let it take u down..

no audio video that i got.
only audio was my mouse clicking.
jokes apart---all ck takers donot panic much.
slides,xray,ct,mri,ecg are all that i got on my exam.
focus on getting concepts into ur head---real big time in exam--if u think there ,then u feel like i would be thinking n thinking.

took test today and no audio visual q..
i mean slides, pics,xray ,ct,mri,ecg everything there but no audio or visuals.
i bet that thaey will have to change the exam pattern wholly coz in such a lil time no one can concentrate on the audio even if given.
that's what i got.

They reported to NBME. NMBE will investigate. That will take 2 weeks.
We are waiting to hear something.
