I am reviewing on my own, so i want to know... what are the MUST physical exam things i should do on ALL SP?
always, drape the patient and wash my hands...
should i always do a quick ascultation of the heart and lungs?
any tips will be helpful!

THYROID(NECK MASS), HEART AND LUNG SOUNDS IN ALL CASES. THEN PALLOR, ICTERUS, ORAL CAVITY, PULSE, EDEMA in most of the cases
