i sent in my Lors all toghther with the documents submission form but didnot attach a separate cover sheet with all the lors- i clicked on the cover sheet and it said i didnt have to attach it if ill be sending the letters myself and i am not waiving my right to see the letters - is that a problem if i dont have a cover sheet with the lors and also i dont have my aamc id no and name of the letters either but i dont have all the info on the document submission form and all the stuff was in a single packet -please advice what i should do-anyone????? thanks

as long as there is atleast once document which has your USMLE id or AAMC id you should be fine.
