mycobacterial inflammation is exudative effusion...
which increases the permeability of the pericardial vessels causing BLOODY EFFUSION...
it causes the same kinda effusions in pleura as well ..

amongst others...only coxackieB has been implicated as the most common cause of pericarditis...which causes fibrinous pericarditis...usually with no effusion...or a little effusion..

other pathogens listed are uncommon...
