OK, let me ask you why arriving into ER in an ambulance (well-restrained, immobilized, possibly covered by morphin), not even in the car by herself, would be a risk factor for a prolonged pain???

Virgo, this patient is malingering, straight leg raising test positive at least 60 degree, here only 30-->malingering--> B is the best choice.
