H. Herpes simplex encephalitis? Herpes encephalitis. Normal glucose, lots of rbcs, no meningismus
F. Enterovirus infection?: fever, disorientation, CSF: low leukocyte to suggest bacterial meningitis, low normal glucose, high protein, high erythrocyte d/t traumatic tap?

for traumatic tap this number is quite high, and would require second probe...confused
