D. dec VR - The immense pressure of the pneumothorax is preventing the venous blood form returning to the heart E - Hypovolemic hypoperfusion - secondary to hemopneumothorax ???

D,that is pneumothorax in this case,because of the absence of breath sounds on the left. if it was hemothorax, you might hear the breath sounds minimum?
