Reducing substance in urine, jaundice, low glucose. symptoms dating to very soon after birth. Dx: Galactosemia? Does it present with cataracs at birth or later?

A galactosemia:diarrhea vomiting poor feding jaundice irritability hypoglicemia hepatosplenomegaly
