Can someone please tell me where i can find the best description of A-a gradient and the causes of variances in relation to hypoxemia. i don't quite understand the concept when i am reading from goljan rapid review. thank you.

Yes that V/Q Match Thingy Wht He is looking for is the A-a Gradient and its Implications Which is very much well related to it. But Deductions have to be made on that topic there are so far not much clear things as Goljan has given but AS Always to go thru Path U need to go thru Physio first.
