Does anyone know if Kaplan offers some sort of discount/guarantee thing if you do not pass stap 1 the first time? I did not pass, and I used about 1/2 of qbank and all of vignettes.

No kaplan do not promise, guaratee you that you will pass, but if you take kaplan & you study right , kaplan alone with etc as common use materials eg Fa that with your study hard will give pass , beyound the pass.
I know alot will argue they did not pass with kaplan . But it's all up to you even right Q, ans you will know exact exm will ask , but if you just have all that Q, ans, but you did not go through it well to know all to able to get the right answer without answer sheet in hand , how can you pass.
So kaplan is best course so far, but without you study , prep right, even you did, but not a good test taker, as in stress, emotion you can still not pass despite of kaplan live or center or both prep. You are the one have to study , prep hard , there is no miracle to say the course will promise will pass the exm for sure or else, yes some course promise... do not want to mention the course , if you fail , they will let you attend few free mo or free re attend the course .
Why can't they say you'll pass for sure or else .. let say will pay you millions of dollar to compansate by give you wrong info, hope, your life, time, soul.
Though kaplan did not promise, guarantee you, if you attend kaplan, use kaplan[ usually american students, grad not use them depends individual ] all & plus others etc as common materials as use by others especially as has similar back ground as you , you will promise yourself, guarentee self you'll pass for sure with even high marks.
Wish you get best study course like kaplan & pass with good mark in next time.
Also to get more support , advice, help, you better say short info re your back ground like student , med grad already etc & how you study .. material use, how long etc.
