Dear friends,
my credentials are in validation process.I am having my Step 1 soon.Will it affect my eligibility to enter the exam?

no, verification of credentials is most important when they ECFMG gives you the certificate, thats after you finish the steps. my credentials are also not validated yet, but ECFMG let me apply for Step 1 and schedule the date.
so don't worry.
