When should we submit our CAF just in time to apply on Sept. 1 or 2??? Thanks

to prader: i understand that but I want to apply by Sept. 2 and I think it takes some time for CAF to be uploaded.

Remember that September 3rd is a holiday in the USA, I don't plan on downloading until th 4th because I will be camping.....
