I want to pick e) but I'm sure he have (a.post-traumatic stress disorder), don't know if people get OCD symptoms in this. Good question..!

obsessive compulsive disorder

E. since the duration since the act has not been mentioned, I presume one cannot choose between PTSD and ASD , so I go for OCD.

the answer is a. post traumatic stress disorder. the boy's behaviour is clearly suggesting that. everytime he feels about the incident he feels dirty and as a response he is washing hands as a reaction. THIS IS NOT OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER

The answer is either PTSD or AST.You should have mentioned about the duration of illness to diferrentiate between these two.

OCD ppl fall into two catagories: one group with personality disorders who fail to recognize it as anything a problem while the other group recognizes it as distressing but they can't control it. Here the boy is trying to recover from a dreadful incident in the abscence of which it could be an OCD but since the incident happened and it is stated here, the ans should be post traumatic stress disorder. Moreover othe features like bed wetting, withdrwal, losing weight are not part of OCD. It should not be acute stress disorder because rape is a trauma, not a stressful situation. So the questioner should now open the curtain.
