From Kaplan:

Ob/Gyn says to do FNA
Surgery says NOT FNA, do an aspiration of fluid.

If ur not going to use FNA to aspirate the fluid, What will u use??

from what i know its U/S guided FNA

  #3

accordint to Surgery:
"Aspiration of the cyst is the answwer here (this is NOT FNA, this is aspiration of fluid to empty a cyst, not aspiration of a solid mass to get cells)."

"Aspiration is done (not FNA, but aspiration with a bigger needle and syringe)."
