Multiple Sclerosis is to CNS what Guillan Barre Syndrome is to PNS 
3)--Multiple Sclerosis :arrow: demyelination of optic nerve, which is in fact a tract and belongs to CNS. Vision comes and goes.
2)--Guillan Barre Syndrome--Starts from the lower limbs and works its way up to the respiratory system. Affects phrenic N???? Pts die inspired  meaning they can't expire.
1)--Polio :arrow: flaccid paralysis....spinothalamic tract is involved.
