75 year old woman retuns to the office after 6 months of missed appointments. Says she is feeling depressed. She has bipolar disorder, hypothyroidism, PUD, AF and Hypertension. She takes daily lithium, haloperidol, levothyroxine, setraline, benztropine, ranitidine, digoxin, propranolol and warfarin. She complains of shakiness of her hands and a feeling a little depressed. Pulse Rate 76 irregualrly irregular, BP 160/85. Examination shows tremor when hands are held out. She recalls 1 of 3 objects after 2 minutes. Which of the follwing is the cause of the patient's depression?

a) benztropine
B) haloperidol
c) digoxin
d) propranolol
e) ranitidine
