75 year old woman retuns to the office after 6 months of missed appointments. Says she is feeling depressed. She has bipolar disorder, hypothyroidism, PUD, AF and Hypertension. She takes daily lithium, haloperidol, levothyroxine, setraline, benztropine, ranitidine, digoxin, propranolol and warfarin. She complains of shakiness of her hands and a feeling a little depressed.
