hi guys ,when it comes to the review of other systems ,what do we ask during the encounter ? and does these questions for ROS apply for any case we might have??

Fever, Nausea , vomiting, Pain anyhwere else, Changes in temp. and so on.

Would u give me a full list of them so i would ask them on every case ? i am really confused ,and want something rather cliched ... thank u a lot for your help

It really depends on the case .. but here's what i do After asking about the main complaint (details depend on case !!) :
Fever/Chills
Vomitting/Nausia
Sweating (at Night too?)
Fatigue
Wt changes -> Appetite-> Diet ->Exercise (i remeber them that way!)
Changes in Bowl habits
Changes in Urinary habits
Pain anywhere ( + LIQORAAA if needed)
Those are a MUST for almost EVERY case ! then u can quickly screen for the other systems ( if not asked already ) and these are case dependent too :
Resp: Cough / SOB
CVS : Palpitations
CNS : Headache/Dizziness/LOC
