i'm almost too scared to ask coz i know this question has been asked over n' over.....& someone will end up screamin at me for it... anywayz I shall proceed.... ....which nbme, 1 or 2, is most similar to the mle exam & thefore more closely matched to your real exam score?

I took NBME 3 5 weeks before the test and I scored only 3 points more in the three digit score, but I think I could done better on the test. I took NBME1 four weeks before the test and I score 28 extra points on that NBME that what I score on the test.

yes, nbme 3 for sure. i'm not sure if i'd do them all. you don't get the answers to the questions and they cost $45 each. it's more a diagnostic tool than a study resource. good luck!
