Constritive pericarditis: lymphoma as risk factor, pericardial knock & distant heart sound on heart exam; r/o cor pulmonale b/c no pulm etiology of RVH; lungs are clear, so can’t be left heart failure or mitral stenosis; no murmur resembling tricuspid.

This pt has:

An early diastolic sound at apex.

Right sided heart failure ( Enlarged liver, asites, peripheral edema)

Clear lungs?????

so if its constrictive pericarditis, it would have affected the lung, too. & not a clear lung)

ill go for tricusped regurge
