When and where do we pay for the USMLE transcript?, in ECFMG or MyERAS?..., does the ERAS Token includes the transcript?..., do we pay for it until we apply to a program?..., and were do we pay for the number of programs we apply to?...

You pay 50$ once when you apply to the program, then assign to as many programs you want. Pay in MyERAS, not in ECFMG. ERAS token fee doesn't include the USMLEtranscript.

As far as I know, you can apply to many programs. Then sometime you register for the match and pay again like $50 to participate(deadline is December I think). What gets expensive is when you do your rank order list- first 20 are free of charge and then you pay $20 per program that goes above. Am I right guys?

yup sounds about right. the registreation for the NRMP starts in august and submission of the list by feb I think.

About ROL in the NRMP, can you include in the list only the places where you got an interview?, I´m thinking no...,but then how would you rank a program that you not even know?!..., please give me some light here..., thanks guys

I have to revide my previous statement. I checked the ERAS website and it is true that you pay only once for the USMLE transcript ($50) but every program application costs money too. The first 10 are $60, 11-20 $8 each, 21-30 $15 each, 31-? $25 each...so if you apply for 30 IM the cost is around $300. Then when you make your rank order list you have to pay again(this time to the NRMP)...

Yhea thats the thing.... whole lot of money ! I am not sure as to what to apply as yet but am thinking Im so far. Guys and dont forget you've got to pay fpor the ROL too, not sure how much that is though.
