Hi,

I am looking for a cancellation in Chicago in November, and have selected these dates as my email preferences. I get email on my phone instantly, but have missed 2 appointments already. Today, I was logged in within 2 minutes of receiving the email, and the appointment was gone!

What am I doing wrong?
