patient comes for follow up fr ectopic pregnancy.. she is on methotrxate,now having abdominal pain and left lower quadrant tenderness.. B-hcg doubled last week. TRansvaginal U/S shows ectopic same size .but increased fluid in pelvis. whts the next best step of management.?
A LAPROSCOPY
B EXPECTANT MANAGEMNET
C HYSTRECTOMY
D OOPHORECTOMY
E REPEAT MTX
