I realized that software allows the counseling part all together oly after 5 min window(befroe that order them seperately) and we can not change the location after 5 min window comes. So if i change location to home before 5 min window can i counsel the patient after the 5 min window with the location as home. I know my q is little confusing. any inputs are appreciated. Thanks

I am a bit unsure on this one. Since CCS scores not only whether u do the action or not, but also gives u points according to when u do it....it might become an issue. It is possible that the software might give u less points for no counselling on discharge, esp important counselling. So maybe u will score a bit less if you counsel the patient after he is discharged rather then at the time of discharge
As long as the scoring remains a mystery, I guess many questions remain unanswered.
any more opinions on this one?
