exam in dec
i am committed today to post my daily diary . i am repeater. took CK beofre 170/70. so trying my best second time prep.now

half OBS done.
half will be on 2aug.
then 3 aug--starting GYNAE
LISTENED TO LECTURES.. couldnt do questions.
so probably will do few questions tommrow. aug2.

I started studying at 10 am today. wil finsih OB ..OR WILL REVISE HIGH Yeild topics like abortions and preclampsia.
i usually go to libabry sometimes to cut off my boredom and then 30 minutes light walk and fresh air..just relaxes me at times.
and 5-10 min prayers in mroning makes be delight.
wish i would finish on time

good doc.. shrutz well, so far i just did the inroduction part of GYNAE
SERMS---decrease breast cancer,,, osteoporosis, CAD, They are not ideal---no good fr hot flashes and increase DVT, Emboli
primarin—improves colon ca and Alzeimers
Ocps-(((contain more estrogen than progestrone)))--stops ovulation ---good fr contraception,,endometrium ca,ovarion ca
Clomiphene----for -ovulation
hopefully i will finish it on my fixed schedule
couldnt do question yesterday because some health problem.
will try to do questions from kaplan qbank from ob/gynae

tamoxifen is recommended for high risk pts. to decrease icidence of breast ca...... but increases risk of endometrial ca..... also in case of post partum contraception minipill is da best
