For the past 3 days or so----Something prevents me to give 100%. I am having this body pain and fatigue which has been increasing----I can't afford to lose time on this as exam is very close. Have anyone of you experienced this-----Is it a normal phenomenon before exam? I haven't experienced like this ever before --will taking analgesics help?---Should I have to take a day off? I think I can't afford to do that--I am very confused!

I don't know if it is normal or not, but some days I feel like this too, very tired and sleepy, and body pain all over. I haven't tried any meds though, sometimes I just take a long shower (it helps for couple of hours), sometimes I change my enviroment (go to some other place like a bookstore or cafe to study) and sometimes I give myself couple of hours of resting. I can't think of taking a day off, because the guilt won't let me rest .

i watched movies for three days before my test... and it still worked for me.. dont worry sprint its a normal feeling youre overwhelmed youve already put great effort and alot of hard work into this exam. i think the best for you is to take a small break, even for half a day, do something you enjoy, go out to the movies or see a play, or simply take a long walk. whatever works for you. and dont worry, the most imp is what youve learnt already, a small break wont make a differenceyet will boost your mood and charge you with energy good luck

Thank you so much khorshid and alexae!! I will try my best but the problem is too many things are happening to me at the wrong time. I am not that kind of person who can keep all the happening thoughts aside and focus only on exam---Finding it pretty hard . I think I have to live with it--Especially in these last days finding it difficult to revise what I have learnt...Do you guys have the same feeling? Maybe all these are adding to my depression and my fatigue.

I had a week-long mild headache before Step 1, due to anxiety and th ecold weather in winter. I was working fulltime until the weekend before Step1. I should have taken whole week off. But I could not, due to money reasons. On th eother hand, working helps me suppress my anxiety a little, since you cannot think toom much about test while working. This is life, man. Now that it is summer, I would go to swim. Of ocurse, you have to be able to swim. Or have some icecream everyday, if you are not allergic. For me, eating icecream makes life more worth living.
