In case of asympt bacturia discovered in the first trimester:
We use penicillin, Ampicillin or nitrofurantoin...
In case of recurrence we use the drug we used 1st time untill delivery.
in case of unknown state ( no screen was made) or in case of >18hrs memb rupt, we give one of these drugs before delivery in case of vaginal deliv, or afetr clamping the cord in case of CS
Is this the right protocol..plz comment
