they have a cutoff of lets say 87 and less than 5 years of graduation with only that now that only have 40% or less of papers now they go to the second part of saying EVEN if you have that you are not coming here, that its not disclose and now they have 30% and from there they start reading which one will get the interview.
So you can go into the30% but it does not mean you wll get the interview.
then the interview they are interested in you, so you are just there to seal the deal or make them say YEAP THATS THE GUY WE WANT.
