CHANGE FROM PAPER TO ELECTRONIC SCORE REPORTS
So the OASIS trick worked because of the delay between your score been uploaded to the ECFMG database, and the time you actually get the paper to you mailbox.
Now you will be able to check your score right away,

my friend didnt get the red page with oasis trick done today ..aug 2...did he failed???

If you see in OASIS the date you took the exam and the reporting date, then in IWA
you should get the red text page after you chose which exam you want to start a new application for. If, after clicking next, it lets you continue the application, unfortunately it means you didn't pass. I'm sorry.
However, its always best to wait for the paper.
