Guys, I managed to get a short labcoat of length 29'' (inches) inspite of digidoc's advice of buying mid thigh long ones. Though this is short ,it is luckily reaching my midthigh level( I'm just 5 ft). Unfortunately ,the lower edges of the coat (button bearing edges ) are rounded giving it a jacket kind of a look. All this may sound funny , but should it matter, the short labcoat with the rounded medial lower edges??I got it for 20 dollars. My exams are in a week. Have to decide soon about buying a new one.

don't waste your time and your thinking about that.
just buy a new one. don't let anything annoying you.
i bought a very good common white coat in Harvard coup for 26 $ only.
are 25 $ enough to make you anxious during the exam
