yippe almost done with infectious diseases ...... 5 more qs from u world left nd thn will read kaplan ....... took 2 tests scored 59 nd 56 ....!!!!!!!!!!!!!! reviewed all qs u world rocks !!! ..... nd p.carinii is now p.jiroveci !!!!

aweesome did 1 block of renal ..... left with 34 qs ..... rhabdomyolysis possible with high alcohol intake causes positive dipstick test for blood but microscopy negative for rbcs ..... rmedullary cystic disease of kidney autosomal dominant !!!! .... hope to finish u world ... thn will do kaplan readin nd pretest !!!!
