in such a cse, when we strat IV steroids...and later when patient s stable...do we need to shift to oral steroids?? this is short term use of steroids.....then they dont need tapering right?

Yes we need to shift to oral prednisone..., we have to taper if greater than 3 weeks but this is not possible in the system...., just type- prednisone oral continuous...
