Estrogen increase risk of Endometrial Cancer and Breast Cancer.
Decrease risk of Ovarian Cancer.
Increase Cholesterol and HDL.

LDL will be decreased. HRT increases the HDL, cholesterol, breast cancer (we give Tamoxifen, an anti-estrogen in breast cancer), and endometrial cancer.
