i m 2004grad with scores 96 99 ecfmg certified i m interested in internal medicine do i need toapply in family medicine as back up . i have done one year job in teaching in deptt. of anatomy in my home country will that help n getting medicine sincere advise needed thanks in advance

man I think u will get IM but where it depends on ........... usce and if u need a visa or ont i am in the same spot ,got 99 ,91 but no usce
