HI everybody
I want yr help if u can giude me.I have completed step 1,ck and cs and gonna apply this year..I married to US citizen girl in april and Filed for GC>but it will take 7-8 months to process and it may grt longer..so what and when i should tell my preference for Visa during match-preocess..Do i have to tell them during inteview or before they send their list of residents in feb..please telll me ..i m confused that whether i have to apply or not and what to tell as my visa preference..

now, as far as I know you cant't apply for 2 different types of status at the same time...
you already filed for GC- state that you are waiting for it(conditional resident), if everything is ok, it may take time but you will get approved. You can't apply for a J1 or H1 at the same time...
Be confident to tell everybody that you are waiting for your green card.
