can anyone explain why you get these lab findings in post renal failure

i) urine Na > 40

ii) FENa > 4%

iii)BUN/Cr >15

due to post renal obstruction - can cause hydronephrosis (from incr Backpressure) and damage the Kidney tubukar lining, parenchyma ... leads to loss of Na hence incr urina Na & Incr FeNa
