Hi everyone, just came from the exam (day1). During the exam I was doing ok up to last minute when at the end of the test some message appeared saying that computer encounterd some error. I am so worry now, please if somebody had same experience please reply.

That might be a computer mistake, but did it say that it saved your test? I f it said that then NO PROBLEM. DON WORRY. how was the test? and do let us know how your day 2 went. GOOD LUCK.

i just took my exam on 24 an 26
i had the same problem. on day 1, at the end of my 7th block, error messagecame saying, "fatal error occured, system is going to shut down, contact your clerk." iwent to call the clerk, when we came back, prometric center window was showing. i am very much worried.
any suggetions please?

I had this problem with Step 2 CK and in the end everything was fine. Good luck to all of you!

i took my step 3 on July 7 and had the same problem. I got my socre and I fail the exam with 72 %. I am not sure what to do next. At the day of the exam I reported to the administrator who gave me a complain number and I am going to call USMLE, if they provide me with information that my exam was complete or not.
Other thoughts about what I should do at this point.
