I'm an IMG who has no US Clinical experience but some UK Clinical experience. My scores are 92/99 in Step 1 and 2. I am just wondering that would it still be possible for me to obtain a mactch in Pediatrics in some University-based hospitals or USCE is a must? I am a bit worried because the match time is coming and I still have no opportunity to get USCE.

There are many people who hadn't had any USCE got accepted to residency programs at various universities. As long as your scores are great, USCE won't hurt you so much.
