Hi nodream: What if someone say that you dont have any chance? Won't you apply? Will you let all you efforts so far go easily? I don't think that it matters. We have heard of people who matched either with 75 in both steps (even with attempts), or having no USCE, with visa issues etc..... So the thing is how much do you take it seriously and how much you want to spend (interms of time and money), YOU DO HAVE CHANCES, not very bright but you can covert fair chances into good by highlighting positive things, like work on CV, PS, LORs (try to get best of them), interview skills etc...... You have passed all steps and have already done residency; although you have 10 years postgraduation but you have learned alot in those years,,,so I think you'll be fine. Unfortunately you cannot change your scores nor you can be a fresh graduate plus you cannot get citizenship..........so START DREAMING (just kidding) and work on those which you have,........best of luck My 2 cents!

Thank you very much Justice and nodream: Yes, I've gone through pain of hearing "you dont' have bright chances" kinda answers and also fetl joy with "you do have chances", but bottomline is that, it never changed my decision to apply for residency, so I like to advise people in the same way... nodream, you can apply in FP, IM, Psych, Pediatrics, Anaesthesiology but apply wisely (see the program criteria so that your money is not wasted)... Anyways, we all r in the same boat and May Almighty help us to get residency this year in good programs, I wish you all best of luck......
