Does anybody know when we can register for the Dec 2007 - Feb 2008 Eligibility period? I went to IWA to register today and the latest date it had available was Dec 31, 2007. I want to take the exam in December but since I don't know if I'll be ready, I want to have my eligibility period start in December but end in February because December will be the earliest that I think I could possibly be ready. Also, how much does it cost if one needs to change the eligibility period after registering?

it is because the application form is the 2007 form. you have to wait for the 2008 form, and maybe increased fees. i think that the new 200 form starts in August or Sept.
also don't forget, you can't take it more than 3 or 4 times in a 12 month period. the same exam.

OK. Now I'm wondering whether or not I should just sign up for December because it is towards the end that I plan on taking it. How much does it cost for an extension?

well it is $695 for the application and then $50 to extend another 3 months.

Thanks for the info. I wonder if I can just wait a few more days til the beginning of August and hopefully they will have the new eligibility period up. I have almost finished my online application. Just need to finish, print, and get Dean's signature. But looking at the date today, I only have 4.5 more months. I just can't believe how fast time is winding down.
