The last days, I feel worried much, cause I didnot listen to Barone and Papi neither...There are many details asked in NBME ...Just finished 2 blocks...break time 5 mins...

Yuna, check out the last couple posts of mine in my journal, there are some tidbits for CNS not included in RR Path that were mentioned by Barone. But if you read KLN, then you probably have these concepts in mind since Barone, I heard, just recites the KLN

Thanks for your suggestion Edie, I did read already in my previous break. These are important notes.
I found in NBME 2, they asked more about Pathology, not so deep but a little weird. I think FA might help me later on.

Just done with my Exam, met the Beast and I am not the Beauty!
Feel terrible.
The Qs stems are not so difficult, not long, but I have to guess around 30% in each block. I know I don't have enough knowledge with my 3month-prep.
I was heavily tested on Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, about 30% Qs start with an "investigator conduct an experiment..."
Pathology is not difficult, as well as Pathophysiology
Micro is straightforward, but some are integrated with cell biology and Pharmacology.
Pharma is heavily tested, esp the general concepts
Behavioral Science is mostly on Physican-Patient relationship.
Biostatistics is not so complex, without any difficult calculation
Anatomy is asked as it is, esp Neuroanatomy. Embryology is few. No arch, no cleft.
Immunology is also straightforward
Genetics is few, but difficult, w/o calculation
Around 20 Qs were met in NBME and/or USMLE CD. Qs stem is the same format as in NBME, (doesnot like step 2, which is harder)
Good luck to all, if you have not taken NBME, please try. They are helpful.
Now have to wait for 3 weeks.

From what i gather u have done well YUNA>>>>>>>>> U don't have to wait take a short break a couple of days and if u have other steps to work on go ahead and start will help u take ur mind off this!!!!!!!!!!! And the anticipation won't be as bad, coz I'm sure u did good!!!!!!!!!!! Most everyone has to do a lot of guess work that's the idea the y want to see if we as docs can work things thru..........Sorry was very tired yesterday and slept early hence didn't check ur post.
