Answer and explain please.

C or D? Whats the difference between these two answer choices?

Isn't this an example of "Selection BIAS" because the sample selected is not representative of the population? -they chose only middle aged women.

As long as they want to use the results for middle aged women, there is nothing wrong with the study, so there is no selection bias, but the "restriction" of the study is that they can not generalize the result for forexample elderly men So it's actually not a "bias", it's limited usage of results.

That's right. The results are not as long as you want to apply them to the middle aged women population, so there is no bias here. However, you can not generalize the result to any other population & that is the issue here.
