One month after delivery of baby, a 27 years old woman c/o very tired and cold. Exam shows marginal thyroid enlargement without tenderness. Serum T4 = 3.5 while serum TSH = 7.5. What is the most likely diagnosis?
a.) Euthyroid sick syndrome
b.) Graves Disease
c.) Iodine defieciency
d.) Silent lymphocytic thyroiditis
e.) Subacute thyroiditis
