is it necessary to write name and AAMC id on each supporting document and if so where shd it write down, on back side or top front.

I made small stickers with my name, AAMC#, and number of the page out of total pages, and stuck then both on front and back of each page of my Dean's letter and transcript. I know that the docs are already scanned so I made nothing wrong...
