You should be okay provided that your program and attorney submit everything that they can submit in a timely manner. Also, it's going to depend on the state that you are in because you have to have a license to apply for your H1b visa - and if they don't issue them in enough time to have your license, then you might be in trouble.
On the other hand, everything could go smooth and you won't have any problems.....Hard to say.
