1. (37) my answer is C because pt has familiar risk of CAD and by exclusion.

A,- can not be because step 2 diet is followed by step 1 diet on high risk pts. there goal is maintain chol level less than 300 in step 1 diet and less than 200 in step 2 diet.

B. can not be because after obtaining chol more than 240 we should do fasting lipid study such as LDL, HDL ...

D and E are not because there are no indication to begin tratment without having LDL value.

2. (44) C

pt has no risk, PE is normal , lab value are normal. we should just follow him. No treatment.
