Fever, cough, thin, pale, Finland? Clubbing, wheezing, crackles, CXR: b/l streaky densities with mild hyperinflation B)CF? or A)alpha 1 antitrip? Or pulm.D) Alveolar proteinosis.

any child with repeated pul infections such as these you first think of CF.
alpha antitryptin def sounds good too. was thinking of that as the answer till i finally decided on CF. i think itis lesslikely for antitrypsin def topresent so early in life with such severe repeated pulm infections, they present with emphysema and then respi infections a little later inlife.
the clubbing is probably sec to the lung pathology.
