A 28-year-old man has a history of abdominal pain; five to six loose, often bloody bowel movements per day; and a 10- to 15-pound weight loss over the past six months. Two weeks ago he was hospitalized for dehydration. During his hospital stay, a colonoscopy was performed. It revealed inflammatory changes from the rectum through the descending colon. The pathology report from the biopsies taken during this procedure showed inflammation penetrating to the submucosal level. Which of the following extraintestinal manifestations might this patient develop if his disease continues to progress? A. Bowen's disease B. Cataracts C. Primary sclerosing cholangitis D. Pyogenic granulomas E. Vitiligo
