health maintenance for every patient with HIV:
1-CD4 every 6 months .
2- viral load every 6 months and after mnth after change the drug.
3-PPD
4-RPR fr syphilis.
5-INH for every patient with positive PPD ( for 9 to 12 months )
6-cytomegalovirus seology.
7- toxoplasma seology.
8- virus influeza vaccine in season
9- strept pneumonia vaccine .
10- hepatitis B vaccine for those with negative HBsAB negative.
11-pap smear for women
